Lt Col Pat Long, Deputy Commandant, completed the interviews of the nominated Cadets for the position of Cadet RSM on Wednesday 3rd June. The standard was extremely high and all of the candidates interviewed well.  Each merited consideration and overall the competition was tight; they each impressed with their confidence, turnout and preparation for their interviews and they can all take pride in being recommended by their OCs.

After due consideration the Commandant has now made his decision and the following appointments have been made:  

Northamptonshire
Cdt RSM Rico Gilbert
D Company

Leicestershire
Cdt RSM Jake Wastell
C Company

The Commandant would also like to take this opportuntiy to congratulate all the interviewees.
