Melton Mowbray Detachment - Cadet of the Year

This years awards goes to a cadet who, as the Army Cadet Force advert says, 'came and had a go'.

She has certainly done this and a lot more, attending every event, weekend and camp. Always with a smile and a willingness to keep going and ever ready to help others. She has been injured twice during the past year but nothing seemed able to deter this young lady............…
